Super Detective

Terms of sale

What you get with a pack, who sells it to you, how you receive it and what to do if something goes wrong.

Who runs it

Super Detective is a game by Pablo López García, tax number (NIF) 28629689W, with address at C/ Alvarado 5, portal 4, bajo C, 28770 Colmenar Viejo (Madrid), Spain. Website: pabloku.dev. Email: hello@pabloku.dev.

What is sold

Every week there is a pack of extra cases to play in the browser, in three options: small (5 cases, €1.49), medium (10 cases, €2.49) and large (20 cases, €3.99). Prices include VAT. If you already have an option of this week's pack, you can upgrade it by paying only the difference.

The pack changes every Monday: each one is only on sale during its week. The five free cases of every week stay free.

Who sells it to you

You pay on Stripe's page. The sale is made by Link, Stripe's payment service, as the seller (merchant of record): it charges you, pays the VAT of your country, sends you the receipt and deals with payment matters under its “Sold through Link” terms (link.com/terms). Your bank statement will show Link's name. The cases and the game are provided by Pablo.

How you receive it

As soon as the payment goes through, the cases appear in the game's case files, on the device and in the browser you paid from. No account is needed. If the payment takes a while to be confirmed, the pack appears once Stripe confirms it: open the game again.

One device, no expiry

What you buy is to be played on that device and does not expire: play it whenever you like for as long as the game is available. There are no codes that unlock packs on other devices, so packs cannot be given away or resold.

If you change devices or clear your browser's data, move your packs to the new one with “Recover a purchase”. You need your recovery code, which you see when you buy and in the case files, and the email you paid with. The packs are moved, not copied: the previous device deletes them. Each code can be moved twice; if you need more, write to us.

Withdrawal and refunds

Refunds are handled by Link. Under its terms, in the European Union you have 14 days from receiving the pack to ask its customer support for a refund (support.link.com). If a pack does not work as it should, also write to hello@pabloku.dev and we will fix it or refund it. When a payment is refunded, the pack disappears from the device.

If something goes wrong

If you paid and the pack does not appear, or you lost your recovery code, write to us from your purchase email and we will sort it out.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer. How we handle your data when you buy is explained on the privacy page.
